This image of beautiful snow-covered Mount Rainier over Lake Washington, near the city of Seattle, was taken just prior to sunset. This majestic volcano sits in the Pacific Northwest's Cascade Mountain Range in Washington State, and is spectacular view when the skies are clear.

My life's motto is "LIfe is too short not to live it in color!" You will find a lot of vibrant color in my images. My photography is the "canvas" for my artwork. I love to create unique works of art with each photo that I take, and often include textures and filters. I love capturing the beauty of nature -- from magnificent landscapes to the tiniest of creatures. Whether I am strolling through my garden or peering through the window of an airplane, I am in awe of what I see. Despite the world being filled with hate, loneliness and despair, it contains far more beauty and delight.
